Description
Used to determine if products intended for use by children under 3 years of age present choking, aspiration, or ingestion hazard because of small parts. If any object can fit completely into the cylinder without compressing in any direction, it is define as a “Small Part”. Internal dimensions simulate the fully expanded throat of a child under 3 years of age.
