At Labtech Engineering, we are proud to unveil our newly developed Five-Layer Cast Film Lamination Line (Type LCCR-1000-C) featuring cutting-edge technology that delivers superior lamination quality and production efficiency. This custom-built machine is designed to handle complex lamination processes with precision, including potential applications for bulletproof materials.
Key Features:
- C-Type Chill Roll Stack: Equipped with 3 rolls, each 1000 mm wide. The front and middle rolls are 400 mm in diameter, while the rear roll is 250 mm. Hydraulic nip gap adjustment ensures flexibility and precision.
- Advanced Extruder: The 60 mm single-screw extruder with a 30 L/D ratio delivers up to 140 RPM screw speed, powered by a 50 kW vector motor drive. The high-heat version operates at temperatures up to 450°C for optimal resin processing. Equipped with a hydraulic screen changer, pressure transducer, and melt sensor for seamless resin flow control.
- Substrate Unwinders: Our system includes four unwinders—three at the front and rear of the roll stack, and one positioned above the platform for seamless material feed, ensuring high-quality lamination up to 5 layers.
Enhanced Laminating Process:
The machine’s C-type rolling stack with 700 mm wide coat hanger die and integrated oil tempering system ensures excellent heat conductivity, allowing for higher line speeds and consistent film quality.
High-Tech Controls:
Our centralized control panel features a user-friendly 10.4-inch touchscreen interface powered by a high-capacity PLC, allowing real-time monitoring and precise adjustments of all processing parameters.
Additional Features:
- Automatic Tensioning System: Maintains consistent tension throughout the production line.
- Edge-Cutting System: Rotary knives and edge trim cassette wind-up system ensure clean film edges and efficient waste handling.
- Infrared Heaters: Both vertical and horizontal IR heaters are integrated for uniform heat distribution across the lamination process.
- Hydraulic Screen Changer: Allows continuous filtration of the extruded melt without fluctuation of extrusion pressure and hydraulic piston will insert the new screen and at the same time push out the old screen
