Description
The Strograph™ AE Film is a next-generation fully automated tensile testing machine developed exclusively for plastic films. Built with the latest mechatronics technology, it automates the entire testing process — from sample storage and feeding to thickness measurement, tensile testing, and data processing.
By simply placing film samples into the pullout tray, the AE Film performs continuous testing according to pre-set conditions. Capable of accommodating up to 100 specimens (standard) or 250 specimens (optional tray), it’s designed for high-throughput laboratories. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for R&D labs, QC departments, and production environments where space efficiency is crucial.
The system can test a variety of film materials, including flexible, easy-to-curl, and no-body films, while providing real-time data on maximum stress, elongation, tensile modulus, and yield values. Results are automatically transferred to a connected PC for storage, analysis, and reporting.
With ISO 527-3 and JIS Z 1702 compliance, the Strograph™ AE Film ensures your testing meets internationally recognized standards, delivering accuracy, consistency, and traceability in every test cycle.
