Description

The Tackiness Checker™ HTC-1 is a compact, handheld instrument designed for fast, reliable measurement of surface tack. Originally developed for tyre and conveyor belt production lines, it is equally suited for other adhesive materials such as pressure-sensitive labels, laminated films, packaging adhesives, and composite layers.

Its load-cell sensor delivers precise results up to 20 N with 0.1 N resolution, while an auto-rotating contact ring and quick 7-second cycle make it ideal for high-throughput quality control.
