Description

Vortex Plus, the same instrument trusted by major manufacturers and retailers in the sportswear and apparel industries for their AATCC Wash Testing, but with an Automatic Liquid Detergent Dispenser.

Designed to serve the needs of customers that want to simulate the multiple washes that occur in the lifespan of a fabric or garment, the Vortex Plus holds over 2 liters of detergent which it can automatically dispense for up to 50 repeated wash cycles without operator intervention.

Functionality

The Vortex Plus has the same robust design and performs all of the same functions of the Vortex M6, meeting AATCC wash testing requirements, both LP1-2018 (Table I, IIC, IID,IIIA and IIIB) and M6 Monograph requirements previously developed by the AATCC.

 

Automatic Liquid Dispensing

  • Automatically dispenses liquid detergent for up to 50 wash cycles

  • Holds over 2 Liters of detergent

  • Programmable detergent volume for wash cycle

  • Notifies user of low detergent volume in reservoir

 

Programmable Precision

Supplied with a user friendly, multi-language (English, Spanish and Chinese) full color touch screen that can manage custom settings for:

  • Bath Temperature

  • Water Volume

  • Agitation (Speed & Time)

  • Spin (Speed & Time)

  • Rinse Volume

Custom programs can be saved for later use

Operators have the ability to program custom cycles with duration up to 100 hours.

Unlike the historically recognized machines, Vortex Plus can be calibrated to ISO 17025 requirements and adjusted back into compliance easily by qualified personnel.

 

Flashing light to signal that the instrument requires operator attention or the end of a test

 

Compatible with RemoteAccess, the revolutionary Remote Instrument Monitoring Application.

 

Cycle status notifications can be received via the RemoteAccess app.

 

Operators can track the real-time testing progress anytime, anywhere, on the go via RemoteAccess App (iOS and Android).
